NPD release production figures for November 2016

Preliminary production figures for November 2016 show an average daily production of 2 153 000 barrels of oil, NGL and condensate, which is an increase of 37 000 barrels per day (approx. 2 percent) compared to October.
Total gas sales were 10.8 billion Sm3 (GSm3), which is the same as previous month.
Oil production 2016

Average daily liquids production in November was: 1 739 000 barrels of oil, 380 000 barrels of NGL and 33 000 barrels of condensate. The oil production is about 9 percent above the oil production in November last year and is about 11 percent above the NPD's prognosis for December 2016. The oil production is about 5 percent above the prognosis so far this year.

Gas production 2016

The total petroleum production for the first eleven months in 2016 is about 211.8 million Sm3 oil equivalents (MSm3 o.e.), broken down as follows: about 85.6 MSm3 o.e. of oil, about 20.2 MSm3 o.e. of NGL and condensate and about 106.0 MSm3 o.e. of gas for sale. The total volume is 2.9 MSm3 o.e. higher than in 2015. Final production figures from October 2016 show an average daily production of about 1.731 million barrels of oil, 0.384 million barrels of NGL and condensate and a total of 10.8 billion Sm3 saleable gas production.
