The working principle of frequency conversion speed regulation technology

Taking the inverter produced by Fuji Corporation of Japan as an example, the inverter mainly converts the commercial frequency power supply into direct current power through a high-voltage large-capacity capacitor and a rectification module, and the direct current power is converted into an alternating current whose frequency can be freely adjusted and output. In the three-phase asynchronous motor, if the slip rate S is stable, the power frequency f1 is proportional to the shaft speed N2, and the relationship can be expressed as:

N2=60f1/P(1-S)=N1-△N

By adjusting the frequency f1, the inverter changes the motor magnetic field speed N1, which causes the shaft power N2 to also change, and finally achieves the purpose of speed regulation.

Therefore, the basic working principle of the frequency conversion speed regulation technology is that after the signal transmitter and the liquid level controller receive and compare the liquid level information in the buffer tank, the information is sent to the frequency converter, and the frequency converter performs the information data. After a series of treatments, the frequency of the three-phase alternating current at the output end is adjusted to change the rotational speed of the motor, and finally the displacement of the oil pump is controlled to ensure the normal and stable production of the system.
