ModuResources Group announces leadership changes

The Netherlands, effective July 1st, 2019 Arie J Koortens will hand over the responsibilities as Chief Executive Officer of the ModuResources Group and has accepted the role as Corporate Board Member and assigned the role of Group Business Development & Sales Director. “One of the key values of our Group is providing technical excellence and being client centric. That commitment to our clients has resulted in a robust organization that is growing fast in size, in offering and in reach. In the coming years I'm dedicated to see these values upheld and further expanded” stated Arie Koortens.

Duco de Haan will take over the role of Chief Executive Officer of the ModuResources Group. Duco de Haan has a wealth of industry experience in a variety of senior leadership roles. Further building on the solid foundation and values of ModuResources, it is Duco's objective to accelerate growth and cross-service innovation in the areas of rig inspection, well engineering and optimization, well intervention and an extensive portfolio of rig and well training services. These management changes align with the evolution of the portfolio of services and strategic direction the Group has taken.

Duco de Haan says “To sustain our long-term growth we operate a dynamic growth strategy which enables us to support our clients with their current challenges and opportunities while also assisting them to look beyond what's happening in our industry today”. “Our Group culture is one that stimulates agility, continuous improvement and above all innovation. These attitudes are very deeply ingrained in our DNA. In the next couple of months, the ModuResources Group will bring some novel services to the market, creating value for our clients!”

Leo Nagtegaal – Chairman of the board highlights that the change in leadership marks an important step in the history of the ModuResources Group. “With the ever-changing upstream environment and an increasing focus on digitization, automation, data analysis and innovative solutions, it is time to hand over the growth of the ModuResources Group to the next generation of leaders.”
