ROSEN, leading providers of cutting-edge integrity solutions, reported a 47% increase in sales to upstream in the UK in 2018 and continues to see a rise in sales at the end of Q1 2019.

The company, which opened a dedicated Aberdeen office in 2018, has reported a 15% increase in sales against the same time period last year. Project work includes providing materials, corrosion and welding engineering, together with operational support; conducting tank farm CP surveys; completing pipeline and corrosion risk assessments; wax deposition flow assurance studies; preparing subsea pipeline inspection strategies and completing engineering critical assessments (ECA). on a bend stiffener.

Paul Birkinshaw, Business Development Manager for ROSEN said: “ROSEN has shown continued growth in the United Kingdom, and our Aberdeen office has contributed to that, with a number of these projects being led by the team in Aberdeen. 2018 saw nearly a 50% increase on 2017, and 2019 is looking as positive.”

Bryn Roberts, Technical Manager for ROSEN in Aberdeen commented: “Being in Aberdeen allows us to build closer relationships with North Sea operators and servicing them directly from the city has resulted in an increase in our Q1 sales. We have seen an increase in interest in our consultancy services in the region, and this year we have added a number of new clients with whom we haven't previously worked.”
