Ideally, we are looking for candidates who may be immediately available who have demonstrable experience of working either in 1st tier manufacturing, automotive or production environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as you will be responsible for 100 employees and turnover in excess of £7.6m. This is a high profile position and would be a good fit for someone who has worked in an automotive environment and has driven innovation and continuous improvements. This is a time pressured contract so a no-nonsense, customer centric, common sense and solution focused approach is a must.

Commercially, they have built strong relationships with customers identifying new opportunities for growth and maximising existing revenue streams. Ideally we are looking for someone who has both commercial and operational leadership experience, who has delivered business transformation using lean manufacturing techniques and thrives in an environment where a no-nonsense, solution focused approach is part of their DNA.

Salary is c. £67K but for the right candidate there could be some flex. Other benefits:
