Bio- Dr. Daniel Fine Dr. Fine is Research Assistant at New Mexico Tech. He was a Research Associate, MIT, Materials Science. Currently, Dr. Fine is a Heritage Foundation Author on energy and natural gas. He is an organizer of the San Juan College Energy Conference from the Mancos Shale event to the coming San Juan Basin Centennial. From Business Week as a contributor on international resources to "Resource War in 3-D: Defense, Diplomacy and Dependency" he is a specialist in oil and gas geo-politics and geo-economics. At the MIT Sloane School of Business, he participated in the World Energy Forum with Saudi Arabia and Exxon. He was a member of the Hudson Institute Congressional Study on Russia under President Putin as oil and gas representative. He was a Social Science Ford Foundation recipient of support for the study of oil and gas in Kenya and East Africa and OPEC and the related multinational energy response to State oil companies in the developing world.
